This chemical formulation is used as a fixative while processing these products. Also, this formulation is used as a denaturant for ethyl alcohol. Applications

Applications :

• As an efficient plasticizer used for cellulose polymers, particularly for cellulose acetates, etc., it imparts flexibility and strength.
• In insect/mosquito repellants as an active ingredient in many formulations
• As a catalyst in the manufacturing of organic peroxides, which are used as polymerizing agents. It is compatible with such polymers and hence is very effective in performance.
• In grinding of pigments, other additives due to its wetting property and low viscosity.
• In the manufacture of safety glasses, rubber coating agents, moulding powders and lacquer preparations.
